| Rev. Higgins had the great privilege of studying under Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin at RHEMA Bible Training Center. Bruce has graduated from RHEMA on three different occasions; 1976, 1984 and 1993, as the school expanded it's curiculum. Brother Higgins is very thankful to all the teachers and staff that ministered into his life during those years of training. |
